Over the course of a year, I lost 60lbs. I did pretty good for that whole year. Then I didn't do as well. I stopped running, and I started eating crap again. I gained back 20lbs.
So, I am going on record. See I'm getting married in 5 months. And I WILL be at least 45lbs lighter when I stand at the alter. So far so good. I've started by walking and rollerblading. By early next week I'll start running again. I've gotten back to eating healthy - and not over-eating (the major cause of my problems!)
So, it helps me to put it out there so people can keep me accountable. Now you know.
