Today I'm in Philadelphia teaching a workshop and shooting an engagement session. This is Independence Hall. It's where both the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution were signed. I'm a history buff so I love visiting places like this! I've never been to Philadelphia before, so I plan to do a little exploring. More photos to come!

Last week I was in San Antonio (as well as Seattle) for a few Aperture Workshops I was teaching, in addition to shooting! Here's a couple of fun shots of the Riverwalk.
Do you have any idea how hard it is to take a picture of the Alamo with no people in it?!?!?!? There were at least a thousand little kids from all these tour groups just swarming the Alamo Plaza like ants on a picnic. I had to stand there with my camera for about 5 minutes to get a shot with no one walking through. The 17-55 wide angle really helped because I was able to get reasonably close and still get the whole thing in.
What a great session! Jancyn is awesome, and she's an absolute wonderful model to work with! These were all taken on the campus of Michigan State.

I had a great time yesterday at SNAP. It's a local workshop program and yesterday we had a ton of fun shooting down in Kalamazoo. Erin and Dave are newlyweds and we had an awesome time with this shoot. Here's a couple of images from the day!
